Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office 06.07.2021

The Okmulgee County District Attorney has filed charges against two people in the September 7th, 2019 triple homicide in Beggs. -She charged Barry Titus and Kee...gan Harroz with three counts of murder each as well as burglary. -They say the victims, Tiffany Eichor and her parents, Jack and Evelyn (Kaye) Chandler were found in their home, each shot several times with at least two different caliber weapons by someone who had kicked in the front door. -Documents say Titus had previously been charged with beating Eichor so severely, she'd spent days in the hospital and she had a protective order against him. -It says his attorney was Harroz, who he was also dating. -Documents say video from the scene showed two people came to the victims' home the night of the murder and parked near the home, in a car similar to one owned by Harroz. -They say two people, one obviously a man, who was very tall and a person much shorter and smaller walked toward the house, then the video stops when the power was cut at 3:04 AM. -Investigators say they found a ball cap near where the vehicle had been parked and say DNA was a match for Titus. -It says before the murders, a client of Harroz said Harroz asked him to plant a bag of what he thought was meth at the Chandler's home because Harroz wanted revenge against a woman in the house, who was testifying against Titus.(the bag was not drugs) -It says that client also told investigators Harroz told him to inform the drug task force that drugs were being sold out of that home. -Harroz was charged with witness intimidation and that charge is still pending against her. -Documents say Harroz' brother in Texas called law enforcement and turned over an AR-15 rifle he suspected had been used in a triple homicide in Beggs, but declined to provide any more information. -Investigators later learned Titus and Harroz had bought that rifle from a man and both of them had test-fired it on his property and they also test- fired another A-15 rifle they had brought with them, along with their own ammunition. -Documents say no one had shot at the location since, so investigators collected the shell casings and sent them to OSBI who determined those casings from the rifle the couple brought with them, were a match to those found at the crime scene. -Arrest warrants were issued against Titus and Harroz today. -Both are in federal custody after both recently pleaded guilty to federal gun charges. -Harroz was sentenced to two years in prison and Titus was sentenced to three years in federal prison. -These new charges are not convictions.
