Well now, this is DIFFERENT! The First Annual ExtremeOKC F5 CrossFit Challenge! Not a Mud Run, not an Obstacle Run! Select UMW Obstacles, A few weights to lift ...or drag and a little running! Rope Climb, run again. This is a judged, timed event. Each Station will have a task, or a set of reps to do in various Cross Fit based activities, complete those, and move to to the next in a 1.3 mile course. A little run, a little workout, a little run! If you're cross when you miss your CrossFit, crazy over Insanity, into Fitness, but not so much into running, or just want to see what it's all about, this is for you!
