!! Notice to Providers!! We have received information that OKDHS is planning to continue the current pandemic supports through the end of the year! In addition to the current supports, i.e. copayment waiver and additional $5 per day, OKDHS will extend the number of allowed absent days to 11 days per month!

Members!!! We need your help!!!! Please call Senators McCortney (405-521-5541) and Rosino (405-521-5618) and ask them to hear HB 1791 in committee or reassign to another committee. Ask them to support this OCCA bill. Amends complaint process. Limits investigation to 30days, if complaint already resolved then investigation is over, only those directly involved can be questioned and only in child abuse cases only perpetrator is named, not director.
