New Year, New Smile! This patient’s primary concern was enlarged gum tissue between his front teeth. He had previously had it lasered off however, it quickly grew back. In these cases, there is usually a bony component that must be modified as well as a gum tissue component. Esthetic crown lengthening was performed to resolve the problem and get rid of the extra gum tissue for good!
