Been working most of the night trying to slowly get our water back. Our pumps are going and we've been pressuring up gradually. It will take the day to fully pressure our entire system. When you do get water expect some air and possibly dirty water. We've been trying our best to flush our lines but there is no way to catch it all. I want to thank all the customers in our district for your understanding and patience..y'all have been great and we appreciate all of you. Just bear with us and hopefully everyone will have water by the end of the day. Don't forget to boil your water..again thank you all for your patience!

WHEN OUR WATER IS RESTORED!!! SENT FROM DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY..... As a precaution, it is advised that the consmumers of this water system bring the water to a full, rolling boil for at least one minute brfore drinking, consumption, food preparation, baby formula preparation, dish washing, tooth brushing, ice making, wound care, and bsthing infants who may ingest bath water. Alternatively, bottled water or another acceptable water source may be used.... Folks if you are in our District please know that Henryetta is doing All that they can possibly do to get us all back in water. These guys have been working around the clock for days. A thank you goes further than criticism!!! We're all in this together...so if you have nothing but criticism please keep it to yourself. Thank you.

Henryetta is in the process of restoring water in town. This will be a process. If they can maintain pressure we are hoping that by Wednesday we can have our pumps turned back on.

Water service to the entire town of Henryetta is being shut off starting this afternoon. According to city officials, less than a foot of water remains in the water plant clearwell and the towers have been drained. Mayor Jennifer Munholland said the action is necessary to try and get a water supply built back up . She said this poses a danger since fire crews will not have a supply of water in the event of a fire. Residents were asked to curtail usage and monitor their homes ...to see if they had leaks. City crews found a major leak at the bus barn and were able to cut water off to that facility. No time was given when water service would be restored. See more

Henryetta is completely down!! There is a water tank set up at the Wilson FD. Bring your own containers. They also have cases of drinking water. 8:00 - 5:00 tomorrow.
