We have missed you! As you prepare to resume a more ‘normal’ routine, we want you to know that Optique is committed to keeping our patients and guests safe at all times. We have always taken extra care to clean and sanitize after each patient, but we are doubling our efforts during this time.... Our staff and doctor will be wearing masks while providing patient care and we recommend (but don’t require) that you wear one too. We take your health, the health of our staff, and the health of our community very seriously. We are taking the following precautions to do our part to keep everyone safe: A. We are practicing social distancing. We are a small non-congested office, and we are only scheduling one patient per HALF-HOUR (except families) at this time to minimize contact between patients. B. Please reschedule your eye exam and stay at home if you are 70 years of age or older or if you have:... Fever Cough or sore throat Congestion and shortness of breath Vomiting or diarrhea Had contact with anyone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 C. If you been notified that your glasses or contacts have arrived, please come pick up as soon as possible or contact us for shipping options. We are happy to bring it out to you curb-side. Just park in front of our office and give us call at 405-715-3937. D. If you are in need of contacts, please call us to order. We will be shipping all contact lens orders to your home free of charge. We can also extend contact lens expiration dates for up to 30 days if necessary. E. We are asking everyone to wash their hands or use sanitizer before checking in. F. We are sanitizing all pens, surfaces, knobs, equipment, and frames touched after each use. G. We ask that patients come to their appointment alone, if possible, and not bring friends or family with you. We appreciate you and we will keep you update as conditions change.
