NOTICE: GRADUATE STUDENTS FALL GRADUATION Important information for Graduate Student Researchers who will be graduating this Fall semester! The Graduate College will need an inactivation letter from the IRB showing that your study has been closed or your name has been removed from the study. To close out your study or submit to remove your name from a study, you will need to submit a form for each study in the iRIS system. Also, please be aware that most of these studies we can close out very quickly, but some may take a couple of days to complete! Our Fall IRB Graduate Student Training has been scheduled for: Friday, September 18th from 10AM - 12PM. This year's training will be Virtual via ZOOM, of course! You will need to register by September 16th for the Zoom Link, please see the attached flyer for more information:

The IRB office has transitioned into a virtual office! Our office is now telecommuting! If you need to revise your approved study design from in-person data collection to phone or online data collection, please submit a Modification/Notification form in iRIS.
