Every September we celebrate READ>LEAD>ACHIEVE month Here at Pi Beta Phi, we believe that all children deserve the opportunity to have access to literature and a love of reading. Although this year has looked a little different, we are thankful to be able to make an impact on the students at Jefferson Elementary and support children’s literacy! #READLEADACHIEVE #withthesewings #OKPiPhi *disclaimer these pictures were taken pre-covid*

To show our full support and non-stop attention to the events occurring across the country, we will be muting our social media for the next week. In January, our chapter began developing a pilot program for Pi Phi to educate our members on the importance of diversity and inclusion, as well as understanding the issues facing our black and minority communities. Over the weeks and months ahead our director of diversity and inclusion will host guest speakers and coordinate workshops and film screenings to educate members on how we can become part of positive change in our community. We encourage our members, alumnae, and followers to consider volunteering or donating to these organizations, as our chapter will do as well.
