We have moved locations! Our new location is 1317 S Dewey Ave in Wagoner. It is in the old urgent care building next to meats and more. We are expecting poor weather conditions starting at around 2pm today. In anticipation of this we will be closing at 2pm 12/15/20. If you need to get a hold of our office staff she will be here until 4-5pm today to answer questions and send any medicine refills that are needed. Thank you and be safe!

The phones and internet are out at the clinic. If you need to get a hold of us, the best way is to come to the office. We will be open today until 5PM and tomorrow from 8AM-12PM. Suddenlink does not know when the lines will be fixed.
