Big doins at the ranch this week that will show up in this weeks offerings at the Tulsa Farmers Market. We got our beef back from the processor and will have it available Saturday. It was only one animal so some of the cuts may be limited, like the Porterhouse and T-Bone steaks. You may want to come and get them while they're here. Also we finished another Lambing season here at the ranch with a 1.33 lambing percentage. Not as good as we had hoped, but certainly not bad. Come see us under the tree at Whittier Square from 7 till Noon

Saturday is the start of a new Market season. Come by and get your April recipes. We also have 3 of our Almond flavors and our Mixed Nuts. And of course we’ll have our pasture finished lamb for your Easter dinner. See y’all in the morning

Just a reminder that this Saturday is the last of the winter hours for the Farmers Market. We’ll be at Admiral and Lewis from 8 till noon. Come by and visit with us. In about 3 weeks we’ll have beef. We have lamb for your Easter table this week along with our eggs. Coloring bro eggs give them a rich deep color
