The wayward paddle made it back home yesterday, after its round trip to Roswell New Mexico. This paddle left Collinsville, OK on December 2nd, 2020 and didn't get to my customer until January 15th, 2021. In the meanwhile I sent them a new paddle via UPS. The customer Jarret Poe was kind enough to send this unopened paddle back to me via UPS at his expense! Thank you Jarret for being such a kind and understanding person!

If you didn't have a chance to get an ornament before they were all gone, I have some of every color now. If you are interested please email me at [email protected] and let me know what color, how many you want and where to mail them. Still $15.00 each plus any postage. Thank you in advance for your support. I will also have more paddles next week.... Orange and black only right now. Happy 2021! Tony See more

She finally got her paddle! Her original paddle was dropped off at the post office on December 2nd, 2020 with a delivery date of December 7th, 2020. After checking the tracking number and having several conversations with the post office I was told, (and shown on paper) it was on its way to OKC, then came back to Tulsa, and finally that it was waiting at the airport to be loaded on either FedEx or UPS and carried to the USPS hub that serves the Roswell, New Mexico area. After... making numerous trips to the local post office I discovered on Jan 2nd it is still in Tulsa! I'm doing the math for you. That's a month! Yeah, I know it was a crazy covid season and everyone ordered online and they were very busy... This is something I normally don't do for customers, but I don't normally have circumstances like these and in my quest to offer quality products I try to offer quality customer service as well! With a little help from a friend I was able to get a paddle to send to this very patient customer. I sent it UPS (at my expense) on Thursday January 7th and just as I was promised it arrived on the 11th. I guess UPS isn't too busy to take care of the little people. I think there's another company that commands most of the USPS's attention, or maybe they are just not comfortable with Roswell NM. I am off to the post office to see if I can ever get my lost/never transported paddle back. Wish me luck! See more
