Pound Fit with Ann

I haven’t felt comfortable bringing our adult class into the dance studio during this COVID time. But if you’re missing Pound, I am subbing at the PEAK for a few weeks. Classes are Mondays 6:45 pm and Saturdays 10:15 am. You can enter directly into the classroom and avoid the main gym. Free for PEAK members. $10 for guests
