One week old today

This is Scarlet and Gus. Scarlet came to us several months ago through the #lawtonhumanesociety. Scarlet was extremely emaciated and needed extensive rehabilitation. She has been a sweetheart of a dog from the day she got here. She’s now ready for some basic training and will be up for adoption soon. Before and after pictures in the comments. She’s going to be hard to let go, but I’m sure she’ll find the perfect home

Sadie meeting Lily. Sadie is pretty nervous about meeting Lily. We are introducing her in a controlled environment so that I can teach her how to handle stress and situations that make her nervous. This work builds confidence so Sadie can be out in the world and be comfortable with new situations

Bohdi got nervous being so close to the cattle. I worked him at a distance and after a few reps, he can handle being near them. He’s ready to go out in public

Chip is a private client. His brother is doing so well with his training! Chip was a door rusher! He’d be out the door and down the road as soon as a door was opened. Chip and his brother are learning about thresholds and to respect them. Proud of you both!

Bohdi is starting to remain calm around the pack. Whiskey has a gift with teaching others that everything is ok when you can maintain a calm mindset. Good job, boys

Enzo is here for the country retreat board and train! This handsome young man has some anxiety that we need to get him past. He’s a leash puller and needs to learn some manners! He digs, chews, gets into the trash all of that fun stuff! Let’s get to work, Enzo!

Changing the pack walk time to 9am on Saturdays. Summer is coming!
