THE SUN IS SHINING AND YOU MUST COME DRINK BEER, YOU DELICIOUS IDIOT. It's a scintillating New Beer Friday... BARREL AGED PDX -- is our Bourbon barrel stout with hazelnut coffee. PUT A BIRD ON IT. It's 14% ABV and it lives with no ragrets. and we're on to FRTZR, BATCH 4 -- a smoothie seltzer with blueberry, strawberry, banana, blood orange, human blood from our enemies (lol jk), and vanilla soft serve. It's not beer, but it's beer-adjacent.

IT'S "NEW EVAN" THURSDAY. Mosey on in here and say hello to our new Evan. WE ARE CELEBRATING WITH TWO NEW BEERS (we are releasing them in Evan's honor and not at all because they were coincidentally ready to be served on his first day). FLAMINGO STYLE is a 5% ABV sour ale with papaya, mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, and vanilla. THAI DELIGHT is a 5.1% ABV sour ale inspired by mango sticky rice. It's packed with mango, rice, and coconut cream!

I'VE GOT VERY WONDERFUL NEWS. Today we tapped RED HOT SPECTRUM because it's New Beer Friday of American Craft Beer Week and we were feeling spicy. It's our sour ale with hibiscus, cinnamon, and chilies -- plus we added the original RED HOTS. #StayBlesst and #DrinkPrairieBeer. We're open.

Happy Memorial Day! Taproom is closed, but go grab a 4-pack of Prairie beers from one of our local retailers. It's the right thing to do.
