Taylor pregnant. Sienna sick. I really need someone who would like to train to be prn and maybe more later

Approaching 4 years! Hard to believe. We are providing services to about 40 homes now. We can do more and here's why: after a few months in a home we have eliminated unnecessary psych meds in up to 50% of the residents. Several homes tell us they've had their surveys ever. We are very proud of that. But that means there are fewer residents in each home that we need to see on a regular basis. Taylor and I joke that we do our job TOO well and strive to put ourselves out of business! But again, we are quite proud of our record. Thanks to all who have supported us. We have much to be thankful for and wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving.

I keep hearing about physician burnout, particularly in the field of psychiatry. I have a theory: I believe it is because many of them have felt forced to work for other entities and no longer have real control of their practice. I could sure make more money working for some hospital chain, but my freedom and my ability to practice as I see fit is too important to me. We've been in business more than 3 years now. Yeah, there's been ups and downs, but here we are. We do the best we can, as we see it. But we welcome criticism and suggestions about how we might do better. But to get back to the point, I don't see "burnout" as ever being an issue. I love what I do and can't wait to go to work every day

Hung out w Taylor most of the day today. We talked about PsyDoc and where we want to go. We went to several places and talked about our personal dreams and ambitions. We did business stuff and went to several places who are our partnersI. I'm so lucky to have a person like this. We will be fine as long as I have a person like this in my corner

We are still here going into our 4th year. I am so thankful for our great clients who have made this work! I am also very grateful for my awesome staff who has made this with me. Taylor has been with me from the start. Sienna is coming up on a year. You couldn't find 2 better people to work with. My business is blessed with our clients and my staff
