Last year we met change agents, storytellers and people on a mission to touch as many lives as possible. Through our partnership with CSBG, we had the opportunity to visit El Centro de la Raza, Community Action of Skagit County, Multi-Service Center and UPO. From building apartment units to helping men and women break the cycle of poverty, these programs are breaking barriers one touch at time.
