Quark's of Perry

Tomorrow is the big day!!!! Sassy's will be opening the doors for the first time and we are so excited! We have been working so hard and though we still have a few things to finish up we feel like we are ready. Our hours will be 11-8 tuesday through Sunday. Hope to see yall!!!

It is hard to open a restaurant. Sassy's is gonna be great.

We know we teased everyone last week, but it wouldn't have been right to spill the news before the deals were finalized. Quark's location will soon be open again opened operated by Sassy's Good Eats!! She promises to bring some of Quark's food back and mix it together with her own dishes from her great food truck! We are so excited to see the restaurant open again! More new will follow here and on Sassy's Good Eats page as soft openings and the grand opening dates are finalized. Thank you so much, Perry, for your support and good will. We look forward to serving you again SOON!!

It's been a long time since we updated everyone on what's been going on at Quark's. We will have a BIG announcement about things in the next few days about the next step in our journey to bring good times and great food to downtown Perry on the Square.

Unfortunately, this means we will not be resuming normal operations anytime soon. We are sorry, but we will not comply. This leaves our only option is to suspend operations. We will still be available for catering and private events.
