We will be competing in the KCBS BBQ competition July 24th and 25th. The event, "Racing for the BBQ" is to be held at the Blue Springs Campground (Fleming Park) area in Missouri. The actual competition is Saturday with a 1:30 p.m last meat turn in. The areas of competition are: chicken, pork, ribs and brisket. All my favorites! Wish us luck...if you get a chance swing by and show your support. We will be on site Wed. July 22nd!
