Senior Day for Alec Laffoon at Southern Nazarene University. We prepared for his football seasons for many years together. His unmatched dedication to always improving will take him far in life.

"The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being." Sometimes in our quest for a healthy lifestyle we only focus on diet and exercise; yet we forget about our mental and social well-being. This past weekend I surprised my brother in Boulder for his 30th Bday. The look on his face was priceless and I'll never forget that special moment.

In Philly yesterday and went to see my friend Rocky. He told me this: "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But, it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."

Excited to share that I've accepted a Wellness Coordinator position for The Wonderful Company (based out of L.A.). They own Fiji Water, Pom Wonderful juice, Justin wine, and Wonderful pistachios and almonds. Thankful for the support of my friends and family. I will continue to run my consulting business on the side. Leave your legacy!
