When you hire my firm to represent you, my staff and I will handle your case through the initial claim process, dealing with medical providers, through litigation and trial if necessary. Many other firms will either not handle litigation or will outsource cases if they cannot be settled. That is not the case with my firm. Your case also will not get pushed off to a junior associate attorney either.
