Morning Blessing: When the Israelites were exiled to Babylon, God instructed them to plant gardens, have children, dream dreams, and seek their city's prosperit...y. He told them to rise up, not to shrink back, to multiply, not to dwindle. May you see this particular season as an opportunity and an invitation to flourish in ways you never imagined possible. What beautiful thing might God inspire you to create so that others may heal a little? What kind of gesture can you offer to someone and maybe change their day? What words of encouragement can you deliver to those who've forgotten who they are? You have something very precious and important to offer the world. May you flourish, not falter. May you smile, and dance, and buy a bouquet of flowers and give them away. Learn to prosper here. Lean in and look for God in this place. You will find Him here. May you partner with Jesus to bring tastes of heaven to earth this sacred Lenten season. #SusieLarsonBlessings Jeremiah 29:4-7 (NLT) ~ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says to all the captives he has exiled to Babylon from Jerusalem: Build homes, and plan to stay. Plant gardens and eat the food they produce. Marry and have children. Then find spouses for them so that you may have many grandchildren. Multiply! Do not dwindle away! And work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare.

The church building that served as the home for Ridgecrest United Methodist Church is now the home for World Vision Church of God. We pray God blesses them as they proclaim the Gospel of the Lord and make disciples for Jesus Christ. You can find the former Ridgecrest family at Cornerstone United Methodist Church @ 25th and May where we are thriving as we Love God, Love People and Serve Others in ministry to our community.

There is a purchase contract on the church building. The buyers are a Korean Church of God. The building will continue to be used to further the Kingdom of God.
