Also, the body shops that remain open will need supplies to do their jobs as well. We are taking this situation very serious. Our staff and customers health is of great importance to us. We have made guidelines for our store and have posted signs and marked... on the floors where we would like our customers to stand to keep within the Social Distancing guidelines set forth by our Mayor and City Council. In the midst of this COVID-19 outbreak, we want you to know we are open for business as usual unless we are made to close. We are taking this seriously and we want you to know that we are constantly wiping surfaces down, and disinfecting them as well, through out the day. From our counters, to our keyboards and mouses, handles on doors, and even to the pens we use on the counters. Also, using hand washing and hand sanitizer between each customer. Our employees are doing their... best to make sure that we have a safe and clean environment for you to shop in. We will also practice "social distancing" by keeping adequate space between ourselves and our customers to reduce the risk of passing anything on to someone else. We will not talk on your phone unless you use the speaker feature for us to talk to someone. COVID-19 Update: A little long, but important for our store! After deliberation within our store, we have decide to open our doors and allow customers to enter the store. We ask that you PLEASE follow the rules that we have set in place to keep everyone safe. We will only allow 5 customers in the store at a time. If you are traveling in pairs, we ask that only one person come in to buy whatever you might need. We recommend and ask that you wear a mask if you have one. If you... are waiting outside to come in, we ask that you keep the proper 6 foot distance between yourself and the customer in front of you. We will have marks placed on the floor for you to stand in while inside the store and being helped. We ask that you do not lean on the counters or around our plexiglass barriers that we have set up. Also, our bathrooms are still closed to the public. We will not be able to have someone sitting at the door to make sure customers are waiting to come in so we ask that before entering the store, you be mindful of how many customers we have in the store. If we are at our max, please wait outside until the next customer exits the store. We will need your help in that area the most! We ask that you be patient with us as we navigate through the proper steps to make this work as smooth as we can. There is a chance that some rules could change day to day or week to week until we figure out our best methods for everything. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding over the last few weeks of us doing the curbside service! We hope that everyone had a good experience with that.
