Haven't done the best staying on track especially with all the added stress at work but like who doesn't have stress in their life, right? So, I joined a Grab and Go clean eating challenge to get back on track today. I had to post my weight and measurements. In doing that I found my weight and measurements from when I first started and the before pics. I have been beating myself up for not eating so great this past two weeks but actually I have done pretty good. I have managed to loose 15lbs in two months and I look at the pictures and can see a big difference in my stomach. Even tho my eating hasn't been on track I somehow managed to still loose 3 lbs over those two weeks! Guess I need to lightened up on myself BC something I am doing is working!!! Giving God all the glory for sure!!!

Stress is making it so hard to eat balanced and healthy. Thanks to my team I don't have to do this alone and that helps save my sanity! I will be so glad when state testing is done!

There is no feeling like hearing, "you look like your loosing weight". Sure does motivate one to keep pushing through!

Have had an abcessed tooth which has truly been a pain. I have managed to stay on track food wise but pain meds kicked my butt and have slept a lot so hopefully tomorrow I plan to start the 3day refresh and get back in the game!
