Had a call to assist wilson on a grass fire today had wilson dewar henrttya and plainview

Had a couple of guys go to camp gruber for LPG trainning yesterday learned alot and had fun

We have a water Buffalo at the schulter fire department for citizens to get water

All four take people places, all have very different destinations. Make the call, remember people want you to come home, and be the one to set the example. Show your friends and family you care about them and don’t let them drive. In short don’t be an idiot!

We where paged out by pd for some explosions in are area. At this time, we are aware of three sounds heard throughout the South end of the county, we where unable to locate the source of them. The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office is looking into this.

Responding to a mayday class

Had a two guys do responding to a mayday training over the weekend

This morning 12/2/2020 members of Okmulgee County Emergency Management discovered one of the cargo trailers used to transport equipment and supplies had been br...oken into. The single item stolen was one John Deere Gator 6x4 pictured below. This Gator plays a valuable role in assisting first responders through out the county as well as throughout the region in search and rescue missions as it is equipped to utilize life saving equipment to assist in removing an injured person from remote areas. The 6x4 was also outfitted with white magnetic signs with the writing Emergency Management on each side. We have had a couple guy doing alot of training past few weeks farm rescue grain bin rescue and this weekend had a mayday class would like to thank both firefighter for giving up there weekend to train they get all the trainning they can.
