Shifting Results

Commitment is a serious attribute in any success or movement forward. I am committed to the relationship to my body and I am so grateful that my body lives in a healthy state without pharmaceuticals.

It's spring and time for new beginnings!!!!! Nature loves to change, do you?

I had to have a really tough conversation this week. I found myself getting "too busy" that paradigm of justification took over for a while, then I reminded myself of why and focused on that instead of the unpleasantness of the conversation. Wow, the conversation went so much better than expected. It's not totally done, but momentum is in order.

I remember working in a fear based environment. No matter how optimistic my attitude might have been, fear hid out in places I didn't know existed. You can't attract what you want in a fear based environment. Expect a yes or expect a no, either way the energy is spent on what you expect.
