Our call volumes have been high lately all throughout the day. We are doing our best to get everyone taken care of. We apologize for long hold times and any other inconveniences. Please be patient and keep trying if you can’t get through. Also, for Telemedicine visits, our providers will only call you one time before moving on to the next patient. If you miss their call, give our office a call and we will have them call you back. Our providers do telemed visits anytime between 1pm and 6pm. In some cases, it may be even later.
