Tuffy Farm

It's been awhile since I've posted anything and I feel a bit guilty about that. I normally try to at least post a few things over the winter to prove that I haven't given up. Here's a picture from about a week ago. I believe that the previous day while I was moving some tarps, it was spitting snow flurries. This year is more experimental than the last couple. Tons more tarps over the winter, and using more DeWitt weed barriers. We will see how that goes.... Garlic, onions have been in for awhile. I'm focusing more on green beans this year. Less so on tomatoes. Onward and upward.

Tomatoes anyone?? The green one is called a zebra tomato, it is ripe not green. Get ahold of one of us if you are interested. Thanks in advance for supporting local agriculture!

One Pound Tomato! WooHoo! A Beefmaster is our first one pounder. I wonder how many years it'll take to get a two pounder.

The tomatoes have started to ripen. Tonight we picked a few. Lots of color and flavor here. We will be at the Farmers Market this weekend rain, shine, hell or high water. See you there and have a safe 4th!
