A funeral service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on February 25, 2020 at 0900 hours for BG (RET.) Philip Lawrence Bolte’, former President and Chai...rman of the Board of the U.S. Cavalry Association. Attendees should arrive at the Memorial Chapel at 0815. The family will host a reception afterwards with light appetizers, tea and lemonade at Ragtime, 1345 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA. General Phil, as he was fondly known, passed away at the age of 90 on March 23, 2019.
