KYRGYZSTAN: Pray that believers will stay strong during difficult times.

The United Nations observes June 23 as International Widows Day. Paty and Jaime were preparing to serve as missionaries to Turkey when God called them closer to their home in Acapulco, Mexico. They served two years loving the people, adapting to local dress and work. They were slowly accepted into the Mixteco community they lived in, but some were always pushing for the couple's removal. Jaime and Paty were protected by village elders who would silence any upheaval against the couple, but one day in 2019, Jaime was killed. Pray for Paty as she continues the work of ministering to her community.

IRAN: Pray for the training and equipping of house church leaders in Iran.

Her husband survived an interrogation only to die of a heart attack that night in his sleep. He had been drugged. Dina and Ali were used to being pressed for their faith and had even survived a bombing in their church. But now, Dina had lost her husband. Her children had lost their dad.
