Pawhuska ice storm took down a lot of limbs. We were able to clear all the work orders we had. We took a crew of six, I even cut some limbs. As you can see by the pictures, all we had were broken limbs on ground and broken limbs still in the trees. The city first told us they were not picking up the limbs on ground. Then they said they would, then the morning we got there they said no they would not pick up any cut tree limbs. So we took the skid steer and dump trailer on Tue...sday to pick up the limbs we stacked on curbside. Luck there was a place north of city where people were dumping. Sad part is city crew was going around with wood chipper clearing brush. As you can see the one picture of debris that was thrown in a back yard we had to remove tree limbs. What You could not see was the couch, chair, mattress and carpet. We had to throw the limbs over the neighbors fence to haul them out. We cleared both yards and both home owners were 91years old. We are building crews to work in Pawhuska starting Monday. This will be day trips, go over, work then come home that evening. Great chance for those wanting to go but not for a week. You do not have to use a chainsaw, we have other jobs that needs to be done. This should be an easy outing, mostly limbs on ground and broken limbs hanging down. We will be leaving from the Disaster Relief building that is located behind the downtown Pizza Hut at 8am each day.

The Lake Charles disaster relief center was closing down at noon today and teams are heading home. Hurricane is getting to close. It was suppose to start raining Thursday. We do not cut while it is raining and also equipment would get stuck in mud. Pray for the people’s being affected by this new storm and what happened to them from the last one.
