Good morning world. As Julia Child once said.."The only time to eat diet food is while you're waiting for the steak to cook." Well we have plenty of salad and steaks so come on up and join us this week. Our Special is Tuscan Chicken with creamy garlic mushroom & broccoli farfalle. Our Special Burger is Bloody Mary with melted ghost pepper or cheddar cheese. Sides will be Soy Roasted Green Beans with toasted peanuts; Cowboy Pasta Salad with southwest dressing; Turkish Stuffed Bell Peppers with feta crumbles and Cheesy Smashed Potatoes. Steak toppings are Shrimp & Sausage Skewers with hoisin glaze and Latin Steak Rub with chile vinaigrette. The week will be hot and beautiful, so add some Kelvin cocktails, a Cheeseboard or two, a wonderful view and celebrate June in all its summer glory. Sunny days y'all.
