Workout Worriors

Had a great time with the kids today. Heavy attention to the core. They are worriors so they made it through ok!

I am so excited to say that the Lord has provided me a platform which utilizes a skill set that he so graciously blessed me with. Workout Worriors is a fitness group for young people. We started this in order to get kids in shape for their up coming football season. After praying that the Lord cover this vision with his hands of protection, he revealed to me that it needed to be much more than a pre - season conditioning program. I now realize that life skills and confidence ...are essential in every walk of life. Through the guidance of my savior we will attack child obesity, bullying in schools, youth self esteem, while simultaneously preparing young people who have dreams of playing sports at a high level. The wonderful thing about the techniques we use is that all results are based on an individual's ability and effort.
