Yoga With Gaylene

We have room for you. If you have wanted to try a yoga class, this is for beginners and donations only so comment or let us know. Bring your own mat or one will be provided. New yoga location in Elgin at 8155 State Hwy. 17 (Kolker Insurance building). Soft opening this month of October Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. Class size is limited so message, text or call to reserve a space. Gaylene will teach on Tuesdays and Sarah will teach on Thursdays. Donations will be accepted rather than memberships or class fees for this month. Let’s stretch, move and create some good vibrations to ripple out into the universe.

Welcome to the new year! I remember my first yoga class.

No yoga January 8 as the Community Center will be used for voting on school bond issue. My apologies but grateful that we live in this country where we have the privilege of voting and supporting our schools. Peace and love to All.
