Booking /cancellation policy A non refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment date/time Appointments are not official until the deposit is paid To cancel/reschedule you will need to do so 24hrs in advance and rebook within 7 days to use the same deposit. No call no show or same day cancellation will require a new deposit to reschedule. If you are more than 15 min late you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. If after paying the deposit, you find that you need to reschedule due to feeling ill during covid 19 you will not lose your deposit unless you are a no call no show .
