HUGE CULVERT GOING IN SAND SPRINGS 10th STREET AT BIG HEART CREEK. You ask we preformed! This was supposed to happen Monday but with the Travel Advisory set in place we couldn’t get the crane here! Moved the crane yesterday and the culvert will hopefully be in place today! We are one step closer to getting 10th street functional again!
