I just want to let you all know that our customers are the best! Yesterday we had a fella drive from Mooey, Texas to bring us his beef to butcher because he loved the way we butchered his buddies beef. We also got a call from a fella telling us that he absolutely loved the way we processed his beef and ...then we got a call from a fella telling us how much he loved his pork! The bacon, the chops, the everything. Thank you all for the recognition of our hard work. We strive to make you guys as happy as a pig in mud. ... :) ..thank you all again!!..oh and one more thing..one customer brought breakfast! We love you all so much!!

Meet Dylan Singh. He has been working for us for nearly a year now. He is a great worker! He started out being part of the clean up crew and then got suckered in to processing when we were short handed...well now he can do it all. :) clean..cut..and tolerate (Cass and I). :D all in one day. I'm so happy to have him as an employee.

This fella here joined our crew not long ago. This is Breyden. He used to work at OSU processing meat and then after the pandemic stuck around he went to Reasor's. Thankfully he missed the butcher shop and found us. He's really not as scary as this picture portrays. He is a great asset to our crew. He knows how to do everything..all we had to do is teach him the Midway way. ;).
