I hope everyone has had a great season so far. With the floods in 2019 and Covid in 2020 it's been nice to have a fairly normal season. I wanted to update everyone on the status of the Global World Series scheduled for July 9-13 in Jenks. In the past, this event has had around 20-24 teams in both the 10U and 12U divisions and 8-10 teams in both the 7U and 8U divisions. This year the numbers are way down. USSSA National Office has noticed that more and more teams are opt...ing for a destination tournament so their families can enjoy a vacation at the same time. Tulsa really isn't a destination location. So, we are going to change up the event. We are changing the name of the event to the Chick-fil-a Mid Summer Series and are going to drop the price from $578 to $400. If you pay online through USSSA, the fee will be $420 I believe. I have paypal and venmo that you can use as well. The daily gate fee will be $8 per day for adults and $6 for students and seniors instead of the normal $10 & $8. 6&U will be free. No passes will be sold. The format will still be similar in that all teams are guaranteed 5 games. 2 pool play games and then a 3GG championship bracket. For divisions with at least 12 teams, we will split the brackets in to 2 championship brackets...Red and Blue and World Series Rings will be given for 1st and 2nd in each bracket. We will not have any team mom or coaches meetings on Friday. We will still have the Opening Ceremonies with a parade of teams, DJ, Facepainting and Skills Events on Friday night. The tentative schedule looks like this: Friday night - Opening Ceremonies Saturday - pool play Sunday - bracket play Monday - semi's and finals. We HOPE to start Monday's games later in the day to allow most parents to come after work and not have to take a vacation day. Please let me know if your team would like to participate with us that weekend asap and I will get you added to the event. We feel that by reducing the price and the number of days that the event will run while keeping the 5 game guarantee and fun night on Friday, we can provide a better experience for the teams. Not only will this event be for all 7U, 8U, 10U and 12U teams, we will also be adding a 14U division limited to 12 teams. It's hard to believe we are halfway through the season. We only have 4 tournaments left until the State Tournament. Here is a little information about the remaining events. May 14-16 and May 21-23 are our final NIT Rings Tournaments. These are double points events and open to all ages and classes. June 4-6 - GLOBAL STATE TOURNAMENT - this is an open event for all ages. It is also an Oklahoma Double Points weekend which means the State Tournament Points are doubled. Wi...nning this event will earn you 800+ points. If we have at least 16 teams in a division, we will split the brackets in to a Red and Blue bracket. State Rings will be awarded to 1st and 2nd. June 4-6 - A only Event - this will be for all ages but A only classificiations. Teams will earn double points and Rings for this event. Entry fee is $150 for 9-14 and Free for Coach Pitch. June 11-13 is the State Warm up event for A and AA divisions of all ages. Entry fee is $150 for 9-14 and Free for Coach Pitch. June 18-20 - USSSA STATE TOURNAMENT - we will host the 5U, 7A, 7AA, 8AA, 9AA, 10A, 11A, 12A, 13A & 13AA divsions. If you plan on playing in the state tournament, you need to let us know if you haven't already done so. The USSSA State Tournaments are June 11-13 and June 18-20. It's time to get your team signed up! You don't have to pay the entry fee right now, but you do need to get your team entered asap. Ballparks need to get an idea on how many teams they will be hosting. Go to www.usssa.com and sign up for your respective state tournament.

We will be offering Fall baseball league again this year. It is set up differently than spring league. We will play on Sundays only, double headers and starting after 1pm. Rosters will be open which means you can have different roster each week if needed as long as age requirements are met. Cost is $600.00 per team and will be a team entry fee. We will start approx. Labor Day and go through mid to end of October. Please let me know if your team is interested in playing ...or if you are wanting to form a new team Asap.
